Please note that the products will be imported from overseas. Kindly order only if you are able to wait two to four weeks for your order(s) to arrive. Full refund will be provided if the items you have ordered are out of stock.

How to Order

An email will be sent to you within one to two days to confirm your order together with the total amount of your items including postage costs. Details of bank details and payment will also be included in the email.  Please check your address and items ordered to make sure the details are in order before transferring the money to us.

Currency
All Prices stated on the site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

Payment Mode
Polka Dot Land only accepts POSB bank transfer. Items will be sent out after payment is received and once the items arrive in Singapore.

Prices and Postage for local Addresses
All our items are sent via SingPost. The postage rates are as follows-

Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we are not able to track normal packages after we post the items. Registered mail will be at an additional cost of $2.50. 

Refund policy

Full refund will be provided if the items you have ordered are out of stock. Please note that no refund will be provided if the products are damaged or has defect. Please understand that we will not liable for any damage or defect on the products which are already present when they are sent to us. However, please rest assure that we will take due care in ensuring that the products will not be damaged when we post them to you.
